Botched is back and weirder than ever.

In a new promo for the upcoming season released on Friday, Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif are back in the office when patients come in with the strangest kinds of requests. One man is seen running with man breasts, something the doctors have an enticing conversation about.

One comical moment includes two women at the desk where one of them seems to have a little thing for Dr. Nassif. So Dubrow assumes she's there to have her eyes checked.

One patient includes a young man with a colorful style while another seems to be a singer.

All in all, the docs are going where "no man has gone before," something another patient is pretty familiar with.

Check it out in the promo below.

The series tends to tackle a range of different procedures that are more bizarre than some can imagine. The doctors also tend to fix surgeries that went horribly wrong in the past.

One particular patient who was on the series was Rodrigo Alves, known as 'Human Ken.' He previously opened up with Mirror on having more than 40 surgeries and his plans to keep "improving" his look.

"I feel no shame in how I invest my own money," Alves said. "I was born in the wrong body. My soul never matched up with the rest of me, and now it does. I never set out to look like Ken. But people have increasingly commented on how similar we are. I'm happy with my look, but I will continue with surgery."

With all the work he's had done, Alves is happy where he is with them.

"I have wondered if I'll die on an operating table, but I've always wondered if I'll die crossing the road," he said. "But it was absolutely worth the pain to achieve perfection."
