Person of Interest's Lionel Fusco has a bone to pick with Team Machine.

The detective has been aiding Finch's (Michael Emerson) crew for quite some time now, but unlike Root (Amy Acker), Shaw (Sarah Shahi), and Resse (Jim Caviezel), Fusco (Kevin Chapman) is in the dark when it comes to a certain AI. When episode 6 rolls around, Chapman's character will unleash his investigative skills.

"The Machine sends Reese and Finch to a wedding to protect a pair of POIs before their nuptials," CBS said of "A More Perfect Union." "Also, Fusco becomes angry at being kept in the dark by the team and takes it upon himself to investigate a string of missing person reports."

Unfortunately for Fusco, his little side project could land himself on Samaritan's radar. As you can surmise, that would be most unfortunate for all involved.

"The reason we kept him at arm's length in terms of the world of the Machine and Samaritan was for his own good," executive producer Greg Plageman told TV Insider. "If they knew who he was, they could get to him, and consequently get to our guys. It was always with a reason we kept him on a need to know basis."

His instinctual desire to learn the truth could very well put his life on the line.

"He's a homicide investigator; he investigates things. That's the path he chooses to go down for his own sanity," Plageman explained. "And unfortunately, it could wind up being the thing that gets him killed.

By time episode 7 rolls around, Samaritan will be busy convincing a member of Finch's team "that their goals are noble." Could the "QSO" summary be referring to Fusco, or is another of our heroes in danger?
