They've survived 11 legs in nine countries and on four continents, but the final three teams on The Amazing Race will face their most difficult and harrowing challenged yet when they return to Los Angeles and race to officially win $1 million.

Tyler and Korey, Matt and Dana and Sheri and Cole will all head back to the U.S. and head to Los Angeles and Santa Barbara as they officially try to become the crowned winners of season 28, and be the ones who go home with a check for $1 million. But their final leg won't be an easy one, full of tasks which will definitely mess with at least one team's heads.

"If you're afraid of heights," Cole warns in a preview clip for the Friday, May 13 finale. "Don't make it to the final three of The Amazing Race."

His warning couldn't be more apt however, as the final challenges will be extra stressful for him and his mom, who both have issues with heights and have conquered tasks which make them deal with that fear a few times before during the Race. But they will need to go through it one more time as they work together on a mountaineering task, as well as on a Roadblock that could be the most jaw-dropping that has been seen on the show in a final leg in a while.

"Who's ready to take a Leap of Faith?" Cole reads aloud from a clue in the clip.

This Roadblock, which will see Tyler, Matt and Sheri all take it on, will require each of them to jump off of the top of an exceedingly tall building, in the hopes that their leap takes them far enough out for them to reach a clue that is hanging off the edge of the platform they're jumping from. And Sheri won't be the only one who is nervous and scared by the task, as Matt and Tyler also express concerns before taking the jump.

However, all three will need to do whatever they can to make sure they take that leap, unless they choose to end their quest for $1 million right at that spot.

The Amazing Race season finale airs Friday, May 13 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
