The divorce battle between former NFL player Kordell Stewart and the Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Stewart is heating up, with Kordell alleging that his estranged wife neglected his son, Syre and partied too much. 

After Porsha filed a motion saying Kordell locked her out of the house, in new court documents obtained by TMZ, the former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback is fighting back with claims that he only kept her out of the house because of security precautions. Kordell claimed that Porsha often stayed out late partying and came home in the early hours of the morning intoxicated.

Porsha accused Kordell of having another woman in the house, but the former NFL player said he was only forced to hire a nanny because Porsha neglected the "responsibilities to her stepson."

Enstars reported that Kordell is seeking to deny the reality's star demand for alimony because she has enough money to support herself. "An able-bodied person [Porsha], earning income and is capable of supporting herself," the documents stated

Meanwhile both Kordell and Porsha have made official appearances since the recent filing of divorce. 

Over the weekend, Kordell was spotted attending rapper Ludacris' private party in Atlanta. He was all smiles on the red carpet, dressed in a button-down shirt and blue jeans. According to reports, he did not have it wedding ring on.

The Atlanta Housewives reality tv actress attended the Bravo Upronts party in New York City on April 3, where she thanked fans for their support and told reporters that her family is going through a difficult time.

"When you have strong arms and strong family around you, they cover you -- that's what they're there for," she said, according to Us Weekly. "So that's who I'm leaning on."

Porsha was also pictured not wearing her wedding ring and looked beautiful in a green tight-fitted dress.
