Hello there, Delphine. It appears rumors of your demise were greatly exaggerated.

Last year, Orphan Black let a single gunshot ring out across the hiatus. Delphine was left lifeless on the ground, and, after nine episodes, viewers had given up hope of ever seeing the scientist again. Just as that despair was fading away, Cosmia's (Tatiana Maslany) love interest popped back up in "The Mitigation of Competition."

In true Orphan Black fashion, Delphine's (Evelyne Brochu) return furnished more questions than answers. Where has she been? Is she being held against her will? Is she responsible for Rachel's strange visions? Our minds are reeling! Unfortunately, series creator John Fawcett is still playing coy when it comes to the Delphine issue.

"As much as it's made the fans crazy, it is part of the drama and the journey our characters have to go through to discover the truth," Fawcett told Entertainment Weekly.

Perhaps viewers will luck out. The finale is just a week away, and we're hoping it's packed with reveals.

"It's the finale, so of course let's go out with guns blazing, and it's big!" Fawcett previewed. "I'm so excited to show people the end of this season. It's a roller coaster, and I think there's gonna be a lot of things that people aren't expecting."

One thing is for sure - Neolution should watch its back. Sarah (Maslany) is closer than ever to dismantling transhumanist organization, and she won't stop until the threat has been neutralized.

Are you ready for "From Dancing Mice to Psychopaths"? Check out a summary below!

"When communication with Cosima is cut off and Neolution appears to be within striking distance, Sarah's alliance with Rachel goes out the window," BBC America teased. "Sarah lures a high-level Neolutionist into a trap, and sets out to bring down Neolution once and for all."
