Two days after presenting at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards, pregnant reality television star Kim Kardashian was photographed in Los Angeles attending the gym and flaunting her baby bump in an exercise outfit.

On April 16 she worked out in Studio City, Calif. in black Lululemon yoga pants and a gray zip-up sweatshirt that had white detailing. She matched the look with black Nike sneakers and aviator sunglasses. Her growing baby bump was in full view as the hoodie hugged her body and the 32-year-old had another sweatshirt wrapped around her waist. See photos here.

Sporting a completely different look, the mom-to-be - who is expected her first child with boyfriend Kaye West this summer- visited a music studio on April 17 in a body-hugging turquoise dress. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star stopped by a studio in Los Angeles and matched her cap-sleeved dress with turquoise heels that had cut-out detailing.

She visited the studio alone while West is working in Paris, according to Marie Claire. See a photo here of Kardashian on April 17.

An insider revealed in March that the couple picked the reality star's younger sister, Khloe Kardashian-Odom, to be the godmother of their child. The 28-year-old, who has no children, is already godmother to older sister Kourtney Kardashian's son, Mason Disick.

In February a source close to the reality star said Kim and her 35-year-old beau found out the gender of their baby, and that they are "over the moon" after finding out that they are having a girl. The insider added, "Kanye always wanted a girl."

Kim and West began dating in April 2012 and announced they are expecting on Dec. 30. West made the big reveal during one of his concerts in Atlantic City, N.J.
