While Basketball Wives LA has lots of entertaining drama on VH1, one woman is still calling out her NBA star ex for allegedly getting her fired from the Miami installment of the series.

Allison Mathis has filed more documents against Miami Heat star Chris Bosh after she said he interfered with producers to make sure she could not star in the show. Just last week, on Aug. 22, she handed over the contract between Bosh and Shed Media, which is the production company for the serie, according to The Jasmine Brand Wednesday.

She said that Bosh took his own legal action against producers back in 2011. The case was settled and Mathis was let go from the show, as if right on cue. Now, she has requested that a judge order Bosh to give up his agreement he reached with the production company, so she can prove that it was his fault she was let go, and sue for damages.

Apparently Bosh filed the lawsuit to begin with as he was convinced that Mathis’ appearance on the third season of the show would tarnish his brand. At the time, they were going through a brutal and ugly custody battle with their daughter Trinity.

Mathis filed her own lawsuit against Bosh and accused him of lying to producers and wanted him to pay up the money she would have gotten from being on the show.

She now wants punitive damages up to $2 million.

While she has said Bosh deliberately blocked her from being on the show, he said he was looking out for the best interest of his family. Keep up with Enstars for more.
