Fans were left without conclusion when the first season of Killing Fields ended and Rodie Sanchez, Aubrey St, Angelo and other detectives in Iberville Parish still hadn't found the person who killed Eugenie Boisfontaine, but soon, they may get to see the detectives make an arrest in the show's upcoming second season.

There hasn't been an officially announcement from Discovery about when the show would be making a season to debut, but according to comments left on the show's Facebook page, it is scheduled to return in November.

The show has not posted many updates to the page about when it is expected to return, but there was one recent post promoting another Discovery Channel show, which led to comments from fans asking about the new season. And in one of the comments on the page, Rodie's wife, Leda Vining-Sanchez, confirmed that a second season would start on Nov. 15 in a reply to one of the comments.

"Yes ma'm. Season 2 starts November 15th. Thanks for watching," she wrote.

In addition, she has also revealed in an earlier post to her page that the Eugenie Boisfontaine case wasn't the only one the detectives would be focusing on this time around. In that post, she revealed that while her husband and the detectives were still looking into the murder and seeing if they could figure out who had killed her so many years ago, they were also going to open another cold case and look into that one as well.

"Season 2 of Killing Fields starts November 15th. A new cold case is reopened and the investigation in the Eugenie Boisfontaine case continues. Don't miss it," she wrote.
