Benjamin Percy penned the new book, illustrated by Jonboy Meyers and painted by Jim Charalampidis. The story makes Damian, Bruce's son, as the new Robin replacing Tim Drake. Damian will need the assistance Beast Boy, Raven, Starfire, and Kid Flash in order to demolish a juvenile assassin league facilitated by his grandfather, Ra's al Ghul, as reported by Polygon.

According to Percy, each continuing storyline will have a specific character that will become the center of attention.
