She has been desperate to make sure that the truth about Sully being Christian is never found out, but in order to make sure the secret stays buried, Sharon (Sharon Case) may need to make a deal with Patty (Stacy Haiduk) on The Young and the Restless.

Patty got a hold of a cell phone while locked up in her new maximum-security facility, and has been taunting Sharon with phone calls for a while, and now that Sharon has arrived at the facility to speak with her face-to-face, Patty will reveal that she fully intends to let Dylan (Steve Burton) know the truth-that the boy he thinks is his son really isn't.

"An eye for an eye isn't that what this is?" Patty says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, October 5 episode.

"Well, I'm not going to listen to any more of this," Sharon replies.

"Well, someone will want to listen to it, and I'm sure he'll be riveted," Patty taunts.

Knowing she means Dylan, and perhaps Nick (Joshua Morrow) as well, Sharon will realize that there is only one way she can hope to still keep her secret, and she will ask Patty what she wants from her.

Patty will then tell her she wants Sharon to get her out of the facility in exchange for her silence, and desperate to make sure no one learns the truth, Sharon will agree to the plan.

Meanwhile, Dylan is getting closer to figuring out that Patty is behind the mysterious phone calls, after enlisting Kevin's (Greg Rikaart) help to track them down, and when he gets a lead on who owns the cell phone that's being used to call Sharon non-stop, he will go off to investigate, which will send Mariah (Camryn Grimes) into a panic, since she is the only other person who knows the truth, and she is trying to help Sharon keep it contained.

"Dylan is on his way. We need to do something Sharon. Call me back," she says in the clip.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
