The PS4 Pro is the new big think fans are anticipating after the release of the PlayStation VR. This will be Sony's new upgraded console which will allow players to enjoy their games at a higher resolution.

According to Play Station Lifestyle, Gamespot revealed that NBA 2k17 will run at 60 frames-per-second, and at a native 4K resolution for those players who have 4K capable screens. Aside from that, it was also revealed that the game will have HDR support.

The game was released last month for Xbox One and PS4. For those who are using 1080p HDTV's, the image quality for the game will still enhance. The developers are promising that with the 4K rendering and HDR support, the game should be able to have softer and letter aliasing.

Meanwhile, International Business Times reported on some of the major updates since the release of the new patch for NBA 2k17. The developers have released a new patch in order to fix some issues which have causes the game to hang. The patch is now available for PS4 and PC and soon it will also be available for Xbox One. However, it is still unclear when Xbox 360 and PS3 will receive it.

The patch is said to have fixed some issues on the uniform colors and it also fixed a rare issue where the game would hand when the players try to grab a rebound. Aside from that, after a basket is made, the score will no longer update on the scoreboard not until the animation is completed to lessen the confusion.

The new patch has also fixed some gameplay issues like giving proper bonuses on contact lay-ups which would be helpful when leveling up. It also fixe a case where the jump shot animations would result in the shot meter which cause very ate timing.

More updates for NBA 2k17 will be available soon as PS4 Pro will be released on Nov 10.
