Adrienne Maloof is facing struggles with her divorce in terms of the custody battle for her three sons, according to Life & Style magazine.

Although the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star settled her divorce with ex-husband Paul Nassif six months ago, the two have not been able to come to an agreement yet regarding custody of their sons Colin and Christian, who are both 7, and Gavin, who is 9.

The couple initially wanted to deal with the issues without any issues, stating, "Our goal is for our children to have stable and nurturing relationships with both of us so we can all find as much happiness as possible."

But now, a source said the couple has been disagreeing consistently with regards to custody of the children.

"Paul is making it impossible to agree on custody," said the insider. "Although he is a millionaire surgeon, Paul wants Adrienne to pay his bills, including child and spousal support. Adrienne's pissed!"

Nassif have not commented on the custody proceedings, with the source claiming, "He chooses not to provide any comment at this time, which he believes is consistent with the children's best interests."

Since the couple split in July of 2012, Maloof had reportedly moved in with boyfriend Sean Stewart, 32. Nassif followed her stride in his decision to move in with his girlfriend Helen Marie Salas, 27. Although he said in February that she was her children’s babysitter, the two as of late have reportedly taken their relationship to the next level.
