Amber Rose is already prepared to warn friends about the difficulties of doing ABC's Dancing With the Stars.

Rose didn't exactly have the easiest time on Dancing With the Stars, having been eliminated with her pro dancing partner Maks Chmerkovskiy last Monday after a series of so-so performances. The model has been very open after her elimination about how tough the show was and how sh expected it to be easier.

"I learned that people make things look easy on TV and they're not easy at all!" Rose admitted to Us Weekly, quipping, "They lied to me before I got on here and told me I was going to do maybe two, three hours a couple days a week! No big deal - but it became my life."

Rose also said that she would warn her friend, Blac Chyna, about the show's toughness if she were ever to be offered a spot on the show.

"I'll say, to her, 'Listen, girl -- it is no joke and I'm about to tell you exactly what it's going to be like!'" Rose said.

Chyna appeared in the audience for the premiere of Dancing With the Stars, despite being very pregnant at the time. "My dearest friend Blac Chyna came out to support me tonight, so ... she was screaming too," Rose told Entertainment Tonight at the time, of her excited cheering section.

Ultimately, Rose did not think she was going to win Dancing With the Stars but she's proud of having made it to Week 6.

"I didn't think I was going to win. I didn't think I was going to make it the first week," she said. "I didn't think I was going to make it halfway. I came on and I just tried. That's it!"

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
