Sharna Burgess is still recovering from her knee injury suffered during rehearsals on Dancing With the Stars Monday.

Burgess hurt her knee while rehearsing for her and partner James Hinchcliffe's group number, with Ryan Lochte and Cheryl Burke, Maureen McCormick and Artem Chigvintsev and Calvin Johnson Jr. and Lindsay Arnold. The dancer admitted she was very scared when the incident happened, considering she's had past injuries on that very knee.

"When I fell, it was pure panic," Burgess admitted to People after Monday night's show. "I've had an ACL reconstruction on that very same knee, so I was scared to death. In that split moment, you think 1,000 things, but I got up and tried to figure it out."

Burgess had to dance with a knee brace for each of her performances with Hinchcliffe on Monday, which the dancer felt bad about.

"James couldn't go as full out as we'd been practicing because he was taking care of me," she said. "Where we did have a little foot fiddle was where I put a lot of pressure on that one knee. He was just trying to guide me and take care of me. My weight was off balance, that put him off balance. It was a ricochet [effect] that messed up his timing. It was all my fault."

Meanwhile, Hinchcliffe isn't sweating it, noting that his partner was able to get through two performances with an injured knee.

"She's such a trouper and got us through two routines tonight," he told the publication. "It just shows what a champion this girl really is."

Up to this point in the competition, Hinchcliffe and Burgess have gradually become frontrunners to possibly win the Mirrorball trophy. While they have yet to receive a perfect score from the judges, though they have come within one or two points on multiple occasions.

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
