Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer are preparing for the birth of their first child and as the Teen Mom 2 star’s due date approaches, Houska continues to keep fans in the loop with her pregnancy.

Earlier this week on Twitter, as she asked for recommendations for a birth photographer, Houska revealed her husband, whom she wed just weeks ago, would be helping doctors deliver their baby.

“We are also planning on having Cole help with the delivery! A big reason why I want to capture the moment! Amazing photo!” Houska told fans, according to a report on Wednesday by The Stir.

As for the possibility of the birth being seen on Teen Mom 2, there doesn’t seem to be much of a chance. After all, Houska’s engagement wasn’t filmed and when she and DeBoer walked down the aisle earlier this month, the couple did not allow MTV to film the nuptials for the show.

Houska announced her baby news on her official website in July.

“I’m so excited to finally be launching my website, and I felt like the perfect first post…would be to announce to everyone that baby DeBoer is expected in February 2017!” Houska wrote to fans. “We are beyond excited for this journey and can’t wait to share it with you all! Big sister Aubree is also extremely excited and it’s no secret that she is hoping for a girl haha.”

"I’ll be sure to keep you updated throughout this pregnancy, and I’m also excited to use this website as another way to stay connected with you all about tons of other topics! I’m so grateful for everyone’s continued support and kind words!” she added.

Houska and Deboer have been filming for the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2 for the past few months. The series will likely return to MTV later this year or early next year.
