The latest episode of medical drama TV series "Grey's Anatomy" will air on November 3. The top-rated TV show is now on its 13th season, with each episode getting more and more intense. 

According to a report by YIBADA, the upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy is entitled "Why Try To Change Me Now," and the whole episode will be about the arrival of the new consultant in the hospital and how she will affect the working performance and environment of other physicians at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. 

Grey's Anatomy fanatics must be ready for another exciting episode of the show. ABC network has released the teaser of the upcoming episode on its official website.  

Based on a report posted by Melty, in this episode viewers will see the return of Leah Murphy in the hospital. Leah was fired by Dr.Webber because of her poor working performance. In previous episodes, Leah had romantic relationships with Alex and Arizona and now that she's back in the hospital, her attention is on the resident Dr. Maggie Pierce.

Meanwhile, according to other reports, the viewers will also know what's gonna happen to the character of Amelia and Owen in this episode. Amelia is reluctant on being honest with Owen after she postponed the baby making plans with him. Amelia was pregnant after the honeymoon but she lost the baby while rescuing a 12-year old patient and her husband does not have any idea about the pregnancy. The only peson who knows the story is Alex.

With the arrival of the new consultant, Catherine is planning to reshuffle the whole hospital organization but her fellow doctors do not agree with her plan.
