Kailyn Lowry has just revealed that Teen Mom 2 is coming to an end.

In a matter of weeks, Lowry's latest book, Hustle and Heart, will be revealed, and recently, an excerpt of the new publication was released, which featured Lowry's revelation about the end of the MTV reality series.

"When we set long-term goals, we have no way of knowing how those goals will fit into our lives years down the line. When I had a child at age seventeen, I made it my mission to defy everyone’s expectations and rise above the statistics and stigmas that are stacked against me. Since 2010 I’ve been on TV, and my struggles have been my identity," she wrote, according to a report by The Hollywood Gossip on October 30.

"Now, especially with the show coming to an end, it’s time for my accomplishments to stand out. I want to show everyone that even though I grew up like white trash and got knocked up at seventeen, I can get a Bachelor’s degree and raise children who blow people away with their manners, wit and intelligence," she continued.

Teen Mom 2 began airing in 2011 and follows Lowry and her three co-stars, Jenelle Evans, Leah Messer and Chelsea Houska.

Throughout the past couple of years, rumors have swirled in regard to the end of the series, but now, with news of the series' end coming straight from one of the show's stars, the news seems far more believable.
