Does Ashley Olsen have a new man in her life? According to new photos, Olsen may be involved in a relationship with the “very rich, ancient man” Richard Sachs.

On Friday morning, a new report reveals, Olsen and Sachs were spotted at Flywheel Flatiron.

“They sat in the front row of the spin class and rode on bikes next to each other. They were ­affectionate after the class, despite being sweaty. She covered up in a big jacket and huge black sunglasses. They were canoodling and cuddly when they left holding hands. He looked like he could be twice her age. There’s no way that’s his natural hair color,” a spy told Page Six on Saturday.

Days before, Olsen and Sachs, a “bigwig in the art space,” were seen riding bikes in the Hamptons.

As the outlet explained, Sachs is divorced and splits his time between New York, St. Barts and Malibu.

“He has a lot of money from working in ­finance. He’s a great guy who owns a lot of art. I believe he’s in his late 50s. He’s always at the art parties,” a source told explained.

In addition, another source continued, Sachs is a "really good guy. His passion at this point in his life is supporting young artists. He is very private and a little eccentric.”

Weeks ago, Olsen was spotted “holding hands and snuggling” with painter George Condo, 58, at Balthazar.

“‘It was obvious something was going on [between them]. It looked like she was dining with her grandpa, but they were holding hands and snuggling,” a spy said at the time.
