By the end of "Teen Wolf" Season 6 Episode 2, Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) is still missing. Scott (Tyler Posey), Malia (Shelley Hennig) and Lydia (Holland Roden) continue the search for him in the next episode of the show.

In the season premiere, Stiles and Lydia finally expressed their feelings for each other. However, they moment got cut short when Stiles was kidnapped by the Ghost Hunters.

According to International Business Times the group is yet to find out that Stiles was kidnapped by the Ghost Hunter. However, since the Ghost Hunters have the ability to erase Stiles' presence completely, his friends eventually realized that he has been missing for a long time now.

Without any clue as to what happened, the trio soon realized that there was something missing in their life. It was said that the three of them will try to find some answers as to what or who is missing, not knowing that it was Stiles all along.

According to executive producer Jeff Davis, when Lydia started writing the word "mischief" when thinking about Stiles, it gave viewers the clue to Stiles' real name. He explained that this was not a random word and as the show goes, viewers will eventually learn more of the truth.

In Episode 2 of "Teen Wolf" Season 6, Stiles' mother returned from the dead. Davis said in an interview that this return will show how this would impact Sheriff Stilinski's (Linden Ashby) life. 

The trio will visit the Sherriff and his wife telling them that something might be wrong. Scott will tell the Sherriff that he feels that they are missing someone who must be his best friend.

Meanwhile, Silver Times reported that the synopsis for "Teen Wolf" Season 6 Episode 3 shows that Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) might assume the leadership role in order to protect the student from the Ghost Hunters.

"Teen Wolf" Season 6 Episode 3 titled "Sundowning" will air on MTV on Nov. 29.
