Former Idol runner up Adam Lambert and Top 3 finalist Angie Miller performed a duet of Titanium by David Guetta on the American Idol 2013 finale Thursday night.

The winner of the singing competition was Candice Glover, a 23-year-old singer from South Carolina, who defeated Texas' singer Kree Harrison by getting the most votes from viewers. She is the first female contestant to win the popular singing competition since Jordin Sparks in 2007.

The two-hour telecast featured performances by Psy, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, Jennifer Hudson, Aretha Franklin, Keith Urban, Jessie J and more.
