They had both decided they were moving on from their pasts and their respective relationships with the Devereaux siblings, but Chad (Billy Flynn) and Gabi (Camilla Banus) will be in for a big surprise when they realize someone witnessed them kiss on Days of Our Lives. 

Chad had gotten a memorial set up for Abigail (Marci Miller) in the park and removed his ring as a sign he was ready to move on from their marriage and stop grieving for the wife he believes is dead, and Gabi decided she was done with J.J. (Casey Moss) after she overheard him telling Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) that he couldn't be honest with Gabi about another woman-and she mistakenly believed he was discussing cheating on her, and not the fact that he was helping keep the fact that his sister was alive a secret. As they consoled one another, passion ignited, and Gabi and Chad became locked in a heated kiss.

However, as they made out, Abigail was planning to finally show Chad she was alive and win him back, and she and Andre (Thaao Penghlis) were ready to announce her return to him. But when they opened the door to the study at DiMera Mansion and saw him kissing Gabi, Abigail was stunned because he had clearly moved on much quicker than she anticipated, and she fled.

Now, as she mourns the fact that she cannot reunite with him as she expects, because he has found love elsewhere, Chad and Gabi will wonder who potentially saw them making out, and what the ramifications could be for them both as a result, sicne Gabi hasn't officially broken up with J.J., and others may not be happy by news of Chad moving on from Abigail, even though they all believe she is dead.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
