Justin Bieber has taken new steps to preserve his privacy.

The 19-year-old pop star has drawn up documents that allow him to sue any of his partygoers for a cool $5 million if they dare to talk about what happens inside his home. The nondisclosure agreement was published by TMZ.

After the bad publicity the young singer has seen this year, it is probably wise that he finds a way to stop his secrets spilling out.

According to the document, "physical health, or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics" seen or discussed on the property are not to be repeated. Furthermore, guests are forbidden from releasing photos are videos and are not to blog, text, or tweet any information on the goings on that they witnessed within Bieber's Calabasas, Calif. home."

Added on top of these conditions is the stipulation that some activities may be "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained." Participating in these activities could lead to "minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death."

However, the Inquisitr points out that the rules are not only for the singer's friends. People who come into the home to perform work, such as a plumber, also sign the agreement.

Bieber's guests might just want to leave any recording devices at home and then not breath a word of the Canadian's secretive parties afterward.
