He has been hoping that at some point he may be able to convince his wife to put an end to their divorce, but after a pitch to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) which would involve working on their marriage failed to woo her, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) will begin to lose hope he'll ever succeed in winning her back from Liam (Scott Clifton) on The Bold and the Beautiful.

After cleaning up from the presentation, his mother, Quinn (Rena Sofer) will notice how he's barely holding it together after Steffy's rejection, and will plan a night for the two of them to drink and talk things out, which will lead Wyatt to admit some defeat and face the fact that he may not be able to win Steffy back at all.

"It doesn't look hopeful for my wife and me," he says in a preview clip for the Tuesday, Jan, 10 episode.

Meanwhile, Steffy has already gone to Liam's to tell him that she turned down the offer, and that while she is still committed to not living with him until her divorce from Wyatt is final, she has every intention of still being with him, and after making love, she will confirm to him that no matter what is offered to her or thrown their way when it comes to splitting them up, she will remain committed to being with him.

"Whatever happens from now until I'm finally divorced, it's not going to change anything," she says in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
