"Dance Moms" Season 7 is currently on air and it is expected to be the last in the lifetime series. The good news is that Chloe Lukasiak would be making a comeback.

However, ALDC coach and show host Abby Lee Miller finds herself embroiled in a lawsuit and she might have to serve some time in prison. A new teaser promo of "Dance Moms" Season 7 shows Chloe Lukasiak returning to the reality show, reports CelebMix.

Lukasiak is seen walking through the door as she enters the room and asks everyone as to who missed her. She is then seen saying that she had been thinking about competing again. Everyone looks thrilled hearing her speak about a comeback except Abby Lee Miller.

Miller screams "fire me" at Christi and looks shocked. It may be remembered here that Chloe left the show after Season 4 because of ill treatment at the hands of her teacher Abby. However, she would be visiting her former team during the final episode of the show and Abby would be leaving as she is facing a lawsuit regarding charges of fraud.

The "Dance Moms" host was charged with 20 cases of fraud over the year, claims Deadline. A new charge was also made for violation of currency reporting laws causing her to face a district judge in the first part of her sentencing. The prosecution asked the judge to sentence the host to 2.5 years in jail and it was said that she intended to cause harm to her creditors by misrepresenting her income with relation to bankruptcy filings in 2012.

A second hearing will take place on 24 February and her lawyers will make their case for probation. She might get six months in jail or probation as the final decision is still awaited, but it is clear that she will not be hosting "Dance Moms" Season 7 which is said to be the last season of the series. Though it is speculated that Chloe Lukasiak might save the show and lead to its renewal, one has to wait for a formal announcement to be sure.
