Ashley Benson might be competing on ABC's Dancing With the Stars this spring!

The Pretty Little Liars star is rumored to be participating in season 24 of Dancing With the Stars. Benson has been spotted going to a gym in New York City several times over the past week, as reported by JustJared Jr. This comes after Benson and Dancing With the Stars pro Mark Ballas started followed each other on Instagram and running into each other at a Broadway play.

Benson wouldn't be the first Pretty Little Liars star to compete on Dancing With the Stars. Janel Parrish competed in season 19 and came in third place, while recurring star Brant Daugherty participated in season 17 and came in seventh.

ABC and DWTS producers have not commented on any cast members rumored to be competing in season 24. Producer Deena Katz did reveal to Glamour in mid-January that casting is well underway, and they have a specific theme in mind.

"We're about half done," Katz said. "I feel like the state of the country right now is we're really going [toward] what people love; we're going to nostalgia, we're going to Americana, we're going to heroes. We're kind of a feel-good place, when it feels like everyone's a little unsure right now. So, we're going to what we think people really enjoy."

Showrunner Rob Wade added, "I think we're in a great place, and we're ahead of [where we usually are]. We have our next chunk of offers out right now. We will leave a couple of slots open for those last-minute people [who are headline-makers]." The producers also noted that most of the regular pros will be back for season 24, though Derek Hough is one major name that will be missing due to his various other endeavors.

Dancing With the Stars season 24 will premiere on Monday, March 20 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
