Survivor winner J.T. Thomas is looking to change the perception of him after his rather disastrous Heroes vs. Villains experience.

J.T. in Survivor: Tocantins played out of the strongest games in the show's history, receiving zero votes against him and collecting every single jury vote in the end. He even had other castaways rooting for him to win, resulting in a perfect game.

Things changed significantly when J.T. returning for Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains. While he was placed on the Heroes tribe, he wanted to play a more devious game in his second season and made quite a few strategic moves.

However, he is most remembered for writing a letter to Villains tribe member Russell Hantz and giving him the Hidden Immunity Idol, due to the incorrect perception that there was a women's alliance. That Idol was eventually used against him at the merge, making J.T. the first member of the jury and resulting in the complete collapse of the Heroes tribe.

J.T. is now returning for his third season, Survivor: Game Changers, and is almost definitely hoping it goes more like his first experience than his second. The 31-year-old from Mobile, Ala. admits in his CBS bio that he was "humbled" by his past experience.

"I have become a little more patient and I don't think I'm quite as gullible," he adds. He is going to be more selective about who he aligns with, but he also wants to play an aggressive game. "More importantly, I will play a more aggressive Idol-tracking game, and a more determined and fierce challenge game."

Do you think J.T. can win on his third season, tying the record set by Sandra Diaz-Twine for most Survivor seasons won, or will he go down in flames like his Heroes vs. Villains experience?

How will J.T. Thomas do in 'Survivor: Game Changers'?

Survivor: Game Changers premieres Wednesday, March 8 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. The premiere is two hours long.
