"Dragon Ball Super" is getting more interesting, most especially now that the "Universe Survival" arc has officially begun. Due to the slow pace of the story, fans couldn't help but speculate on who they might see in the upcoming episodes. One character, in particular, is the combined Potara version of Son Goku and Vegeta called Vegito.

YouTube channel, Sam Kan, has recently posted a video speculating whether or not Vegito would return in the "Universe Survival" arc of "Dragon Ball Super." There is a slight chance for the character to return, considering that the Tournament of Power doesn't mention any rules about fusions at the moment. If this is the case, however, then Universe 7 will lose one member to its team - at least for the duration of the fusion.

The Tournament of Power in "Dragon Ball Super" currently states that participants may not use weapons to beat their enemies. This rule, however, does not necessarily cover the Potara earrings that Goku and Vegeta primarily use for their fusion. It is not exactly a weapon, so to speak, but rather a tool that the Supreme Kais use to boost their power levels.

With that being said, Vegito's appearance in "Universe Survival" arc of "Dragon Ball Super" will totally depend on the rules of the tournament. But there is also another character that fans think will come out in this current arc: Gogeta, Otakuart speculated.

Gogeta, as what some fans may recall, doesn't necessarily require an item in order to fuse, as opposed to Vegito. What it requires, however, is a simple routine that Goku and Vegeta need to do. If the rule above is to be taken into consideration and the Potara earrings are banned, then Gogeta is more likely to come out.

It should be noted that these are based on pure speculations alone and are no way official. That being said, it is best to take these with a pinch of salt and wait for official updates for "Dragon Ball Super" to emerge.
