"Attack on Titan" season 2 release date has been set on April 1, and fans can again see their favorite human titan and other titan hunters. The ending of "Attack on Titan" season 1 was riddled with unanswered questions about the key hanging around Eren's neck, and about the Titans inside the boundary walls of the cities who were disguised as everyday humans.

"Attack on Titan" season 2 rumors suggest that major characters like Mikasa Ackerman, Armin Allart, and Eren Yaeger will be having quite a role to play in the upcoming season.In the cliffhanger ending of "Attack on Titan" season 1, fans were enthralled to see a titan that was sleeping inside the wall. This gave rise to many theories. "Attack on Titan" season 2 rumors to solve these unsolved mysteries.

According to certain "Attack on Titan" season 2 rumors, the second season would focus on characters like Ymir and Krista and would give them a deep story to see.  Geek reports that Krista and Ymir would have a large role to play in the second season and that there might be a civil war inside the wall area.

Character wise some of the people in the anime have never got the spotlight, and according to general director Tetsuro Arate, the second season would focus on such characters. Everyone in the series is very close to being wiped out by Titans. According to some "Attack on Titan" season 2 rumors, Armin might be the first one to die by the hands of a Titan. 

The story would also be very close to the manga itself, and some of the recurring characters might be replaced with newer characters. as in the manga, many new characters have been introduced. Fans got to see the newest trailer for "Attack on Titan" season 2, and the first question on everyone's mind has been regarding the Beast Titan. 

In the trailer, the Beast Titan has shown some intelligence, and it is so far unknown whether this is a human-Titan or a normal Titan. "Attack on Titan" season 2 will be every bit as explosive as the trailer.
