"GTA V" has been the home of many mods in the past, coming from various platforms and other games alike. Now, the addition is one that may not be too far off-namely another Rockstar Games masterpiece, "Red Dead Redemption."

According to a GTA forum, a modding team with the lead developer under the username Mr. Leisurewear came up with some astounding creations of putting the "Red Dead Redemption" maps into "GTA V." As some may see it, "GTA V" has surrounded itself with multiple mods that entice fans, and in this case, one modder named Jestic justified that it took over two years to do so.

Jestic also revealed that there will be more information to come in the future for the "GTA V" modding, with the team now in further development of the maps. They are said to create visuals, deeper textures, and a fixated day-to-night routine. That being said, the team confirms wanting bigger things from there, even coming up with the name "Red Dead Redemption V." The team admits not wanting to limit what they are doing and want more additional variables, particularly for the Xbox 360 version.

As per Game Spot, the team is still looking for more programmers to aid them in reverse-engineering the files. The team also looks to add scripters who can refurbish or re-do the original content all through "GTA V." Interestingly, a beta version of the map is expected to surface by summer, prior to the much-anticipated release of "Red Dead Redemption 2" in the near future.

"GTA V" currently updates itself with continuous content which varies with each installment. Although no news of the possible "GTA 6" has emerged just yet, fans are still being treated to a lot of remarkable features that permit customization and acquiring new vehicles along the way. Keep posted for more news and updates.
