Fans have been longing to see Tom Hiddleston back in "The Night Manager" Season 2 following his perfect stint as the former British soldier. Now, viewers of the show are in for a treat as there are surfacing news that it will be renewed, although nothing is confirmed yet.

The show's director Susanne Bier recently confirmed that "The Night Manager" Season 2 is now being slowly developed, saying that there are keen to do a sequel. "But the thing [is] we absolutely do not want is to do something that does not live up to the level of season one. That would be a really bad idea," she said.

In fact, an insider told the Daily Express that Tom, Hugh Laurie and Olivia Colman have now allegedly signed up for "The Night Manager" Season 2. The source even added that the show's, based on John le Carré 1993 novel with the same title, producers are now working on the TV series story then it will soon be available.

The insider went on to reveal that bringing Tom, Hughe and Olivia once again to reprise their roles in "The Night Manager" Season 2 is definitely a hard work. It has been known that the former boyfriend of Taylor Swift has a very busy schedule with the filming of "The Avengers" and "King Kong" movie franchise.

But, everything should be taken with a grain of salt as people behind "The Night Manager" Season 2 are yet to officially announce its return. But knowing that Bier confirmed that there will be a sequel, it might be unveiled in no time.

In fact, Deadline reported that the television series' partners released a statement regarding the rumors of "The Night Manager" Season 2. They said that "The Ink Factory, BBC and AMC are now in the early stage of developing" a sequel of the show. However, nothing is final yet about the much-awaited sequel, thus they have nothing to announce.
