Tori Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott, are facing serious financial problems. It is bad enough that they have been in debt for years, but the time has come for them to finally pay their dues. The couple is being ordered to pay off a $220,000 debt to City National Bank by the end of this week.

In March, City National Bank issued a default judgement against them for $188,000. According to the judgement, the couple took out a $400,000 loan in 2012 and only paid back half. Within the same month, McDermott was held in court for avoiding jail time for months of unpaid spousal support to his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace. However, a judge permitted the former couple to make a deal that would spare him jail time.

Since the mother-of-five stalled in paying her debts, the judge is pressuring them to pay their debts as soon as possible. According to a report by the DailyMail.com, the 90210 actress owes another $17,000 that she allegedly overdrew from her checking account. The court records claim that Spelling "caused her own account to be overdrawn in the amount of $17,149.09. The defendant has not paid back the overdraft."

In the past year, the couple was forced to pay debts by the IRS, American Express, and to McDermott's ex for child support. They are also suffering serious credit card debt: In January, American Express sued Tori Spelling for $37,981.97 in unpaid bills. In November 2016, the credit card company also sued her for another $87,000 of credit card debt.

Spelling and McDermott's debt doesn't stop there. They made TMZ headlines for not paying their taxes and owing the state of California $259,108.23 in back taxes. They also did not pay their taxes back in 2014.
