Kandi Burruss is one of the first of Kenya Moore’s Bravo The Real Housewives of Atlanta co-stars to speak on Moore’s marriage to Marc Daly and whether she thinks it’s fake.

Speculation has swirled that many of Moore’s fellow cast members are convinced that Moore’s marriage is completely fake. Now Burruss has shared her thoughts on it with Hip Hollywood.

“I think it’s real,” she said. “…Why does it matter to anybody else? However her marriage is, it’s her marriage, not ours. They seem to be happy and I finally had a chance to meet her husband and he’s super cool. I’m happy for her.”

She pointed out that they met when cameras weren’t around so that introduction won’t be on the show. She reminded the host that they’re still taping so whatever happens next is pretty much unpredictable.

Burruss added that she can relate to relationships being scrutinized on the reality show as Burruss’s marriage to Todd Tucker was also under a microscope at one point. She and Tucker met on the show and got married in a spinoff series. The two also welcomed son Ace Wells Tucker in January of 2016.

This isn’t the first time Burruss spoke out about Moore’s marriage. She revealed her initial reaction when she found out about Moore’s secret marriage back in July.

She confirmed that she was told the news on the Internet after photos of Moore’s private beach ceremony went viral.

“I had to call her like, ‘Yo! You’re married?’” Burruss told E! News. “Because I was thinking manybe it was fake. And then she’s like, ‘Yeah I’m really married.’”

Burruss added, “I have not met him personally but she has talked to me about him since last year, towards the end of the year. So I knew she had met someone that she had really liked.”

Burruss also spoke on reports that Moore refuses to put her romantic life on television for millions to view and analyze.

“I don’t know what he wants, but I’m confident that she’s afraid to jeopardize her relationship with what comes with the show, which I understand,” she said. “It’s a lot of tension. And for somebody that’s never been on TV, it’s a lot of pressure and it would have to be something for him to get used to. And not everyone is able to get used to it.”
