Kailyn Lowry appears to be dating, or on the cusps of dating, Dionisio Cephas.

Just weeks after she faced rumors of a potential reunion with her third baby daddy, Chris Lopez, the Teen Mom 2 star is now facing new rumors of a possible fourth baby daddy after engaging in a number of flirty encounters with Cephas online.

On October 12, Hollywood Life revealed that after the Instagram page known as Daddy Issues joked about a needy girlfriend and her outlook on dating in a meme shared this week, Lowry tagged Cephas in the comments section of the post.

As fans will recall, Lowry welcomed her third son, Lux Russell, in August with her ex-boyfriend, Chris Lopez.

“Kailyn and Dionisio aren’t dating right now, but they have really insane chemistry," an insider told Hollywood Life earlier this week. "They’ve known each other for a while and they had an instant attraction, but until recently, they both had partners so they remained friends. But now the friendship is definitely heating up and they’re flirting up a storm. Kailyn doesn’t want to jump straight into another serious relationship just yet–she’s still adjusting to the new baby and working out her plans for the future, but Dionisio is totally cool with giving her some space. In the past, Kailyn has always jumped straight in deep with guys, so she’s really enjoying taking it slow and getting to know him more."

In addition to Lux Russell, Lowry is mom to seven-year-old Isaac and three-year-old Lincoln from her past romances with Jo Rivera and Javi Marroquin.
