Fans of Letoya Luckett have never seen her happier.

The 36-year-old triple threat got married on Sunday, December 10, 2017, to Tommicus Walker. Walker, a Dallas-based entrepreneur met Luckett through a mutual friend who insisted the two would be a great fit. The friend's prediction came right after Pastor John Gray from Oprah Winfrey Network's show The Book Of John prophesied that Luckett would be married before 2018.

Match Made In Heaven

In an exclusive interview with ESSENCE, Luckett shared that she and Walker had immediate chemistry when they began speaking to one another on the phone. “Immediately the chemistry was there. We started talking and laughing. He’s from Texas just like me," the Single Ladies star told the news outlet. "Talking to him felt like being home again. We talked for a few weeks and he still didn’t know what I looked like or my full name or anything like that.”

As the couple's bond grew, they found themselves becoming inseparable and would pray over the phone. Eventually, they met in person when Walker came to visit Luckett in Los Angeles.

Together Forever

After getting a divorce from her previous husband, relationship guru Rob Hill Sr., Luckett decided to not publicize her relationship with Walker. However, news broke that Luckett was in a relationship when Walker planned a surprise proposal for the singer during his birthday party. On their wedding day, Luckett wore a custom Vera Wang gown and Louboutin heels. Walker donned a Tom Ford jacket and trousers designed by Ermenegildo Zegna. “Vera Wang graciously allowed me to add a few touches to my dress as my own addition,” the Back 2 Life singer told ESSENCE.

Her best friend Eudoxie, wife of rapper/actor Ludacris served as one of her matrons-of-honor and her bridesmaids wore black gowns, as well. It's reported that the wedding's theme was a black-tie affair with hues of red, white and black as the color scheme. The wedding was held at Villa Antonia and R&B singer Tank sang the Etta James hit, "At Last," as Luckett walked down the aisle. Luckett's close friends Michelle Williams and Latavia Roberson were in attendance for her big day too.

On To Better Things

Luckett married Hill, Sr. in January of 2016 and the two were divorced after two months of marriage. Their divorce clause noted they could not make social media or public statements about one another. Despite this, Hill Sr. spoke about their relationship when interviewed and said they were never married even though TMZ acquired their marriage license and divorce documents.
