Tina Sugandh and husband Tarz Ludwigsen from Bravo's reality show Newlyweds: The First Year are the proud parents of a healthy baby boy, Tarz David Sugandh.

The couple welcomed their child on June 4, six weeks before Tina's scheduled due date, Us Weekly reported. "Tarzie," as they've nicknamed him, was born in Loma Linda, Calif.

The couple's road to pregnancy was a tough one, which was documented throughout the Bravo show. On Newlyweds: The First Year, Tina revealed she had two miscarriages, but the third time was a charm.

The couple experienced a little more drama on the day of the delivery, revealing that the doctor immediately called an emergency C-section because the umbilical cord was wrapped around the baby.

Tarz wasn't allowed into the surgical unit, so Tina had to go through the experience solo.

"I was sitting alone in the middle of the hallway," he told Us Weekly. "It was a horrible feeling not knowing what was going on. It was brutal. I just thought about how awful it was that she was alone in there going through that. I could almost cry just thinking about it now."

But everything turned out fine.

"Him not being there was the worst," Tina recalled. "Then suddenly I was handed this baby, and it was so surreal!"

Now, the pair are now enjoying family life and their new bundle of joy.

"He's got spiky black hair," Tina said of her son. "His hands and feet are giant! I think he has Tarz's lips, and he has my hair."
