PETA announced their 2013 list of the sexiest celebrity vegetarians on Thursday, with vegan couple Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard topping the list.

"I had a hard time disassociating the animals I cuddled with -- dogs and cats, for example -- from the animals on my plate, and I never really cared for the taste of meat," Bell revealed to PETA. "I always loved my Brussels sprouts!"

Bell has been a vegetarian since she was 11 years old and eventually turned vegan. She also convinced fiancee Shepard to join her in eliminating all animal products from their diet.

"I have fewer body aches. My skin looks better," Shepard said of his vegan diet. "I'm never starving, and I never need to ride the couch feeling completely full and disgusting."

Bell gave birth to their daughter Lincoln Shepard in March. Lincoln is the couple's first child.

Joining Bell and Shepard on the "Sexiest Celebrity Vegetarians" list were such actors as Anne Hathaway, Joaquin Phoenix, Casey Affleck, Rooney Mara, Edie Falco and Peter Dinklage, among others. Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, another celebrity couple, made the list as well. Two politicians also made the list: former President Bill Clinton and Newark, New Jersey Mayor Cory Booker.

The list of 100 chosen celebrities can be found here, with separate tabs for males and females.

PETA, otherwise known as People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, named actors Jessica Chastain and Woody Harrelson as their Sexiest Celebrity Vegetarians last year. Both Chastain and Harrelson were featured on the 2013 list as well.

"Fads are a dime a dozen among red-carpet regulars, but there's one Tinseltown trend that won't be fading away anytime soon: going vegetarian or vegan!" the organization said, via E!Online, "Whether it's to improve their health, preserve the environment, or help stop cruelty to animals, Hollywood hotties are proving that meatless meals have never looked (or tasted!) so good."
