The forensic report for Bollywood actress Jiah Khan's suicide in June suggested that some percentage of alcohol was found in her blood test report, DNA India cited sources saying.

Sources confirmed that the forensic report is done and some percentage of alcohol was found in the actress's blood, the report suggested. MK Malve, director of Kalina Forensic Laboratory said that they submitted the recently completely forensic report to police. He denied the details the alcohol intake allegedly mentioned in the report. 

After several attempt to call and send correspondence to the additional commissioner of police, Vishwas Nangre Patil was unavailable for comment, according to the report.

Khan committed suicide by hanging herself in her Mumbai apartment on June 3. She had left a six page note without naming anyone saying that she was harassed, tortured and raped. Following on circumstantial evidence and call records Juhu police arrested her boyfriend, Suraj Pancholi, on charges of abetment suicide.

The Mumbai high court freed Pancholi on bail on July 1. The judge ordered him not to leave the country and report to police every other day. His passport was also taken away from him. The judge ruled that Pancholi could not be held solely responsible for the "impulsive" act by Khan.
