The divorce between Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy is getting ugly.

According to new reports, the Skinnygirl mogul and talk show host allegedly called her estranged husband "trash" in front of their 3-year-old daughter, Bryn.

The blowup occurred when the pair were unable to reach a financial and custody agreement in court.

“Bethenny became enraged and called him trash in front of their daughter, Bry,” the source told Radar Online.

“The argument took place in their swanky Tribeca apartment. She also said Jason was lazy, and stupid because Jason doesn’t have a regular full-time job," the source added.

Hoppy and Frankel have been locked in a custody battle for several weeks now and have both requested primary custody of their daughter.

The couple, who called off their nearly two-and-half year marriage in Janaury, continue to cohabitate in their 3,400-square-foot Tribeca loft.

The pair came to blows earlier this month when Frankel tried to film her talk show at their loft. The reality star was filming scenes for Bethenny in their shared $5 million New York City condo when Hoppy tried to shut down production.

The couple married in 2010 while Frankel was pregnant with Bryn. Their wedding, and planning leading up to it, was aired on the Bravo spin-off series Bethenny Getting Married. Frankel filed for divorce in January 2013.

Last week, Hoppy celebrated the 4th of July with his daughter, Bryn. Despite the nasty battle in court, Hoppy was spotted still wearing his wedding ring as the father-daughter pair enjoyed a meal at Candy Kitchen in Ocean City, Maryland. 

"He seems very happy," a source told EnStars. "He was really accommodating to Bryn and was a great father to her."

He even let Bryn order a tasty dessert after their meal, letting her indulge in the Very Berry Cheesecake, the source revealed.
