Kathy Wakile: I Didn't Break Up Joe Gorga & Joe Giudice Fight Because I Was Worried About My Nose Job [VIDEO]

The upcoming episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey (airing July 21) continues where the drama left off, with Joe Giudice wrestling his brother-in-law Joe Gorga to the ground.

In the preview clip, Joe's wife Melissa Gorga and others are desperately trying to pull them apart. But there is one person noticeably sitting on the sidelines, not helping to break up the two men: Kathy Wilkie.

Now, the RHONJ castmate is opening up about why she stayed out of the way.

In the preview clip, Kathy sits down with her husband Rich and and sister Rosie to discuss the family throwdown, admitting she stayed far away from the action for only one reason.

"I was worried about my nose job," she confesses in the preview.

Wilkie has been very vocal about her rhinoplasty.

After breaking her nose twice, Kathy noticed a bump forming in the middle and was unhappy with it, so she had minor surgery to have it fixed. Wakile first discussed the rhinoplasty with Andy Cohen back in May 2012 during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

"I broke it twice, so it was time to get rid of it," she said, explaining that she had the rhinoplasty on New Year's Eve in 2011. "[I broke it] once in Italy playing soccer and once playing softball. I'm not athletic."
