To the fortune of its fans, A&E's hit TV series Duck Dynasty will be making its highly anticipated return next month for its fourth season.

In the one-hour season premiere, the ladies will be recruiting Uncle Si as a distraction from Phil and Kay by taking them on a trek down memory lane. Also, Jase and Jep will be making arrangements to renew their vows for their 49th anniversary. However, true to his character, Si will be remembering things quite differently.

In recent DD news, Alan Robertson, the clean-shaven brother, will be taking on a beefier role on the duck hunting reality show alongside his father and male siblings. The 47-year-old is actually the oldest of Phil and Kay's four sons.

Robertson touched on his babyface and how it's ironically managed to keep him incognito.

"The beards are so iconic. All this time I've been flying under the radar; I can go to Starbucks and get Mama coffee," he told the New York Post.

Robertson was a full-time preacher at a Louisiana church. He made the decision to join the TV show in order to reach a wider audience with his message, according to Yahoo! TV.

"Because of my association with the show, I'll get minister to a lot more people," he explained.

Duck Dynasty revolves around a Louisiana family of millionaires that made their fortune from a company they started called Duck Commander, which makes products for duck hunters. The male cast members of the show are known for their long beards.

The program is set to premiere its fourth season on Wednesday, Aug. 14 at 10PM EDT. Please be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest information on the upcoming season. A recent Uncle Si commercial can be watched below.
