Desiree Hartsock has opened up about her vision for her upcoming nuptials, including her wedding dress preference, ahead of The Bachelorette season 9 finale.

Hartsock is so excited about her big day that she shared some of her wedding plans with InTouch.

The former bridal stylist told the weekly magazine that she prefers a "small and intimate" wedding instead of an extravagant one because she cares "more about the marriage itself."

The 27-year-old said she wasn't the type of little girl who planned her wedding while growing up, however, she does have a vision in mind about the type of ceremony and wedding gown she wants.

"I haven't been planning mine since I was a little girl" Hartsock told In Touch for their latest issue.

She said the style of dress she wants for her special day will be a "vintage-inspired sheath gown with lace or beading."

As for the location of the ceremony, Hartsock she said she "loves destination weddings!"

The reality star did not confirm her engagement, but said she can't wait for her fans to discover whom she picked when the season finale airs on Aug. 5.

"You have no idea [how excited I am]. I've been keeping this secret forever!" Hartsock revealed.

Part one of the two-part finale of The Bachelorette season 9 will air on July 29 on ABC at 8 p.m. EST/7 Central.

Part two of the season finale will air on Monday, Aug. 5.
