The "Rust" crew member, who almost had his arm amputated because of a snake bite, shared an update regarding his injury.

The film's staff, Jason Miller, recently said that he continues to experience pain even after months since the incident took place. Daily News quoted a news outlet and reported that Miller suffered severe infection due to the brown recluse spider's venom.

Miller revealed that he has already taken massive steps in his recovery. Despite that, his shoulder reportedly inflames whenever he lays down. This, unfortunately, makes it difficult for him to fall asleep.

On top of that, he still struggles in moving his arm as he cannot raise it above his head or even reach his back.

A GoFundMe page remains active to help Miller and his family. As of press time, the fundraiser already received more than $14,000, aiding the "Rust" crew member in paying their rent and saving more.

"In a matter of days, he experienced severe symptoms including necrosis of his arm and sepsis. He has been hospitalized and endured multiple surgeries each day as doctors do their best to stop the infection and try to save his arm from amputation," part of the description said.

While he did not file any legal complaint against the "Rust" set, other crew members filed several lawsuits where they alleged that there had been safety issues while filming the movie.

Miller's update came after Hutchins' family formally filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Alec Baldwin and more, including armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, assistant director David Halls, production companies, and producers.

Through their lawyer, Brian Panish, Hutchins family alleged that the "Rust" set caused the death of the cinematographer. The wrongful death lawsuit added that the team's reckless behavior and cost-cutting led to the tragedy.

Meanwhile, Hutchins' husband Matt came forward and expressed his anger after Baldwin denied his responsibility for the cinematographer's death. He told NBC's "Today" that he could not accept the statements Baldwin made about Hutchins and her death.

Aside from blaming Baldwin, Matt also noted that there had been other issues that led to his wife's death, including gun safety and the problems in the industry.
