Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker Are In Full-On Honeymoon Phase, Can't Keep Their Hands Off Each Other At Public Beach

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are SOOOOOO in love - and they clearly don't care who knows it.

The couple, who were engaged in October, were spotted at Laguna Beach getting hot and heavy in the sand - the couple were locking lips and straddling hips in full view of anyone who happened to pass by.

They kept it PG-13, but it was an intense PG-13, with the Blink-182 band member pulling at the waist of his fiancee's jeans, the pair alternating who was sitting on top of whom. It was heavy enough that at one point, according to TMZ, a family - with children - came over to have a few words with Barker and Kardashian.

The outlet didn't hear what they said exactly, but it was clear that they were politely asking the couple to cool it off a bit. The pair went for a dip in the ocean shortly after.

Beaches have a special place in this couple's hearts, as Barker proposed on a beach - on October 17 of last year, the rockstar pulled out all the stops, setting up a giant floral arrangement of a heart before getting down on one knee and proposing to the woman who helped him get over his fear of flying.

The couple have said that they don't want to be engaged long - People Magazine's sources have said that the pair hope to tie the knot in spring or summer of this year. We do know that planning has been underway since at least October 26, and word is they want the ceremony to be "really exclusive." Kris Jenner and Mindy Weiss, the family's favorite event planner, are working with Kourtney to plan the ceremony.
