Allegedly, this is where they'll both officially live together now, with their respective children if possible, so it's going to be blended and all happy. The news came after reports of Lopez being jealous of Affleck's work with ex Ana de Armas.

With a price tag of at least $50 million, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have purchased their new Bel Air, Los Angeles house. It was originally listed for $65 million, but the price has since been reduced to $45 million. As long as the "contingencies" are worked out, they appear to have secured a great deal on the property's $50 million purchase price.

The Bel-Air mansion, on the other hand, has a number of amazing features, including a theater, a gym, a swimming pool, and more. To sum it all up, Lopez and Affleck will have plenty of room to spread out in the sprawling mansion's 10 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, and numerous kitchens. It's not like they'll be the only residents. The couple reportedly wants to turn the property into a home for their new family.

Despite their split in 2004, Lopez and Affleck both have children from prior marriages, which they began dating in 2002. Actress Jennifer Garner was Affleck's second wife after he split from J-Lo. They divorced in 2018. Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10, are Violet and Seraphina's children.

Less than a year after her split from Affleck, Jennifer Lopez began dating singer Marc Anthony. After giving birth to her 14-year-old twins, Max and Emme, she married the artist and divorced him in 2014.

This happy news came after it was reported that Lopez is feeling a little bit queasy imagining Affleck's recent work with ex Ana de Armas, entitled "Deep Water." The trailer recently dropped but an insider said Lopez is not keen to watch it.

As reported by Hollywood Life, "Deep Water's" sex scenes may be a little tough to watch for Jen, regardless of how professional she is. She knows it's just work but Insiders say she's not keen to put that theory into practice. While Jen is a huge fan of Ben's work, she has no desire to see his latest film, being all loved up to another woman - his ex in particular.

According to the news outlet, an insider revealed that when it comes to Deep Water, Lopez cannot take it lightly because she likened the situation to if she were starring in a film with one of her former real-life exes and flings, such as Alex Rodriguez, whom she was even engaged to.

"She imagines it would be the same feeling if the shoe was on the other foot and Ben would have similar feelings if a movie was just coming out where she was with Álex Rodríguez in various scenes of sex and making out," the insider explained.
