Will Smith's home was recently visited by Los Angeles sheriffs following his Oscars' Chris Rock slap.

On Tuesday - two days after the blunder - cops were seen around Smith's Calabasas mansion around 2:40 pm. Splash News, via Page Six, shared exclusive photos of the police vehicle in the area.

While it seemed like they could arrest Smith at any moment for his behavior at the Oscars, the authorities were actually present due to reports of a drone flying through the actor's neighborhood emerged.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's spokesperson, Deputy Lizette Salcon, told the news outlet that the police arrived after someone reported the incident. However, she did not confirm whether it was a member of the Smiths who called in the complaint or a neighbor nearby.

"We just sent that unit over there to try to locate the drone and see if there was a paparazzi or what was going on," Salcon said. "But when the deputies got there, they weren't able to locate the drone. It had already left the area."

Will Will Smith Face Legal Headache for Slapping Chris Rock?

Although the recent visit was not related to the Oscars incident, many have been curious whether the 53-year-old actor would be charged for attacking the comedian.

Steve Cooley of the Los Angeles County District Attorney told The Post on Tuesday that a city attorney could bring charges even without relying upon the victim. Rock reportedly does not control whether a prosecutor should file charges.

"However, charges actually can and should be filed because the offense was against the state of California. It's not Chris Rock versus Will Smith in a criminal matter. The LAPD and the city attorney should not close the door on what was an obvious criminal offense and is easily provable," he further explained.

The "King Richard" actor has since apologized to the comedian on Monday evening, saying that jokes are part of his job. However, a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith's condition was reportedly too much for him that he failed to control his emotions.

He then publicly apologized to Rock and said there should be no place for violence in this world.

The LAPD has since confirmed that Rock declined to file a police report. Per CNN, the department would always be available to complete an investigative report if Rock would want to have a police report at a later date.
