Amber Heard Lied About THIS Incident With Johnny Depp, Leaked Email Shows

An email relating to the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard defamation case has recently surfaced online, and it contains one of the crucial incidents that happened in 2016.

At the time, police were called to the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor's penthouse in response to a domestic violence report between him and his ex-wife.

The crucial trial information was released just a few days ago, along with news of the official ruling.

A snapshot released on numerous social media platforms revealed an email from Adam Waldman to Benjamin Chew and Camille Vasquez from Depp's legal team.

Waldman discussed his interview with Josh Drew, in which he claimed that his ex-wife Rocky Pennington and Heard were waiting in the flat to ambush the "Edward Scissorhands" star.

When multiple Los Angeles police officers were dispatched to the Eastern Columbia Building Penthouse on May 21, 2016, the email was issued.

Waldman said in the same email that Heard's former buddy Drew apparently revealed that his ex-wife Pennington and the "Aquaman" star lied during their defamation trial testimony.

If the email and claims are true, Heard and Pennington may have committed perjury during the trial.

The 2019 email reported to be from Waldman claimed that "Rocky was hiding in penthouse five all along, almost certainly in the coat closet by the front door."

He added, "That explains both the security guards' testimony that she never came past them and was already in the apartment when they entered, and Johnny's that Rocky just came out of nowhere past his right shoulder to stand with Amber."

The email reads, "Super important fact, and I hope he will repeat it. This makes the whole thing a setup and discredits both their testimony."

According to the same email, Amber Heard had an affair with Elon Musk. Previously, witnesses for both Depp and Heard claimed that the opposite party caused an altercation between them during the trial.

Musk and Heard were said to be into "kinky" stuff.

Depp was also accused of assaulting Heard and her sister Whitney Henriquez, who stated that she only punched Depp after reportedly striking at her sister.

For those who are unaware, Amber Heard divorced Johnny Depp in 2016 after accusing him of physical abuse. Her face was covered with bruises. However, those have been suggested to be forgeries.

She subsequently sought a restraining order, while Depp claimed he was the victim of domestic abuse at the hands of his ex-wife.
