Bethenny Frankel has no problem being candid and spoke openly about her plastic surgery in front of her fans this weekend.

During her talk show "Calling All My Girls" tour stop in Houston, she had an "Ask Me Anything" segment -- and one fan decided to ask about her boob job.

"What size are your breast implants?" one fan asked

Bethenny laughed and then decided to answer the question.

"Well, I use to have breast implants that were big," she revealed. 

Bethenny went on to explain that although she had wanted a breast lift in the first place, doctors told her she'd have "lollipop scars" if she got the lift. Bethenny opted for breast implants because she was "self concious." But after the surgery, she thought were "big" and "unnatural" and decided to take out the implants. She eventually got the breast lift.

Getting back to answering the fan's question, Bethenny admitted, "I don't know what size they are... but they're pretty fabulous."

During the tour, Bethenny is hosting exclusive cocktail parties across the country to meet her fans. In cities nationwide, Bethenny will host an exclusive event for 150 people.

Bethenny will premiere on September 9 at 11AM on Fox.
