Jimmy Fallon's New Sneaker the Gobstomper Gives Willy Wonka a Run for His Money

Jimmy Fallon just announced the release of a new sneaker called the Gobstomper, and it is absolutely INSANE.

Last night on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the comedian and late night talk show host made a new announcement. Jimmy Fallon announced he is coming out with a line of sneakers. We understand that everyone varies when it comes to their sneaker-obsessions. Some people are self described sneaker-heads while others simply look at sneakers for what they are: shoes. Regardless of how into sneaker lore you may be, it can be undeniable: these new Jimmy Fallon Gobstompers change the game.

Changing the game is exactly what Jimmy Fallon set out to do. He explained that he teamed up with the brilliant minds over at MSCHF, the same company that worked to design the Lil Nas X sneaker. In the moment he showed the sneakers off on air, Fallon shared that when he spoke to Dan Greenberg he said, "I go, 'Look, if I make a shoe, its gotta be different, its gotta change the game, it's gotta be something totally different."

He then proceeded to show off one of the coolest shoes we have ever seen. Much like a Gobstopper, the Gobstomper starts revealing layers of different colors as the shoe becomes more and more worn out. It is incredible. He went out to change the game, and he absolutely has!

Gobstompers will become available on July 28th at 1PM.
