Meghan Markle and Prince Harry enjoyed a date night at Katy Perry's final residency show in Las Vegas over the weekend.

The couple was spotted watching Perry's concert from the VIP section inside The Theatre at Resorts World Saturday night.

In a video shared by Las Vegas Review-Journal columnist John Katsilometes, concertgoers appeared visibly shocked as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex entered the venue, with many holding up their phones to take photos and videos of the royal couple.

Markle, 42, rocked a sparkly black dress and a jacket, while Prince Harry, 39, wore a black suit and matching button-down shirt for their concert date.

Fan accounts said that the pair were joined by Markle's friend and fashion designer Misha Nonoo as well as Nonoo's husband, oil tycoon Mikey Hess, at the show, Daily Mail reported.

Other famous names who were in the VIP section alongside the Sussexes that night were Celine Dion as well as Cameron Diaz and her husband Benji Madden, as seen in a video shared by a Celine Dion fanpage.

Perry's fiancé, Orlando Bloom, and their 3-year-old daughter Daisy also attended the pop star's Las Vegas concert.

Markle and Prince Harry's appearance at the show comes five years after Perry seemingly took a jab at the former "Suits" star and praised Kate Middleton during a headline-making 2018 red carpet interview.

When asked by an Entertainment Tonight reporter about what she thought of Markle's Givenchy wedding dress, Perry suggested at the time that the Duchess of Sussex's gown was ill-fitting and declared that Middleton "won" the battle of the royal wedding dresses.

"I would've done one more fitting. Kate won," Perry said with a wink.

Markle wore a Claire Waight Keller-designed gown that featured an open bateau neckline and a triple silk organza underskirt for her wedding to Prince Harry at St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle in May 2018. The Princess of Wales, on the other hand, wore a formfitting, long-sleeved lace wedding dress designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen during her wedding to Prince William in April 2011.

But elsewhere in the interview, Perry praised Markle for being "amazing what she's doing with all her humanitarian efforts."

"You know, the fact that she's a proud feminist, I love all that. So, I support her as another woman and love her and wish [Markle and Prince Harry] well," the singer added.

Despite Perry's remarks about the duchess' wedding gown, she and Bloom apparently formed a friendship with Markle and Prince Harry after the Sussexes moved to Montecito, California, in 2020.

In 2021, Prince Harry revealed he and his wife were friendly with the celebrity couple, who lives in the same neighborhood.

"Just two days ago, Orlando Bloom sent me a message - because he's just down the road and we sort of keep in contact because of the paparazzi," the Duke of Sussex said on the "Armchair Expert" podcast.

Perry was also one of the many celebrities who performed at the coronation concert of Prince Harry's father King Charles III at Windsor Castle back in May.

Perry, who performed her hit songs "Roar" and "Firework," was joined by Lionel Richie, Nicole Scherzinger and more acts for the event.
