Sexyy Red revealed she traveled to Mexico over the weekend where she allegedly encountered border patrol officials who followed her afterward.

In the early hours on Sunday, the St. Louis rapper utilized her Instagram Stories to express gratitude to fans for their patience, amid claims of encountering challenges with Mexican law enforcement.

Red, real name Janae Wherry, thanked her supporters for staying out until 3am to see her after her border delay, attributing it to carrying excessive money and jewelry.

Sexyy Red, 25, bid farewell to Mexico, stating, "It's been real, Mexico. Thanks for f**king with a real b***h. Y'all was lit up, on god."

"Damn, we got stopped at the border. Took us hella hours at the border, they still waited on me. It's 3 o'clock. They just now leaving the club, period," she said. "They f**k with a real b***h, and I f**k with them for f**king with me."

"We've been stuck at the border all day. I had too much bands on me, they couldn't handle that s**t. Too much jewelry on me, they couldn't handle that s**t .. They weren't f**king with your girl. They told me I was like Griselda Blanco."

The woman the "SkeeYee" rapper was referring to, Griselda Blanco, who was killed in 2012 at age 69, was a Colombian drug lord. She was prominent in the cocaine-based drug trade and underworld of Miami during the 1970s through the early 2000s. She was played by Sofia Vergara in Netflix's 'Griselda.' 

She also added: "Y'all hoes can't say y'all went to Mexico and had to get stopped at the border 'cause I had them f**king racks on y'all, 'cause I had jewelry on y'all. Y'all hoes can't say that. Too many buckers. Where my fingers at?"

Sexyy Red expressed her eagerness to retrieve her belongings from the hotel and depart the country following the ordeal she experienced.

She alleged that authorities stopped her yet again and were monitoring her using drones, reassuring her 3.5 million followers that they are not "drug dealers."
